澳 洲 專 業 教 育 學 院 (Vocational Education and Training – VET) 分 為 政 府 的 理 工 學 院 (Technical And Further Education - TAFE) 和 私 立 兩 種。

TAFE

TAFE 著 重 實 用 及 專 業 職 業 訓 練，設 有 不 同 入 學 程 度，讓 學 生 有 機 會 晉 升 至 高 級 文 憑 和 大 學 學 士 程 度 的 課 程，為 期 半 年 至 三 年 半。

私 立 學 院 (College)

私 立 學 院 提 供 文 憑 和 證 書 課 程。學 生 完 成 證 書 課 程 後，可 直 入 文 憑 課 程。學 生 完 成 文 憑 課 程 後 可 獲 得 最 多 一 年 的 大 學 學 分 豁 免 ，直 接 升 讀 大 學 的 第 二 年 學 位 課 程。
